‘As a personal trainer/instructor with more than 10 years NHS experience, I am committed to helping people overcome illness, injury and anxiety so that they can enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle.
This class is low impact with no jumping or running! It will be a combination of exercising your whole body using bodyweight, low weights and resistance bands. The can be seated or standing whichever you are able to manage. All ages and fitness levels welcome’.
