Pregnancy Yoga in MK

Yoga for pregnancy is a great way to prepare for birth, helping you focus on your body and your breathing, lowering stress and anxiety and helping Eleviate pregnancy ailments such as back ache.

My classes also include a 20 minute social at the end where I make every mum tea (or an alternative) whilst having a chat/discussion, so that you can connect with other mums in your area.

I am also an nct trained antenatal practitioner and a breastfeeding peer supporter with Milk Mentors and am happy to chat through any birth and beyond topics.
