Yoga Bliss and Yoga Flow

Yoga is a brilliant way to build strength and flexibility, which building connection to the breath and body. Both Monday evening classes are friendly and welcoming.
7pm Yoga Bliss
A beginner friendly slow flow, stretch and chill. We begin with some mindful movement, followed by deeper stretches and space to calm the mind. It’s a soft, soothing practice that’s gentle on the body.
6pm Yoga Flow
We flow with the breath to build heat in the body. A Hatha Vinyasa class where we connect movement with breath for a fluid, meditative practice. Suitable if you’ve done a bit of yoga or you’re an adventurous beginner.
