I create vibrant abstract art that radiates energy and joy. My paintings are about letting go of expectations and embracing the freedom of creativity. I paint from the heart, allowing emotion and my intuition to guide me, capturing a feeling, a moment and letting the story unfold on the canvas.

About me:
I live in Woburn Sands and my beautiful art studio is right here at York House!
I’ve always loved art and creativity. I remember painting a great big bowl of wonky tulips at infants school!
My artistic journey was ignited when I created my first abstract painting in 2004. I looked at the big blank canvas and someone said ‘Don’t think, just paint’ and I was hooked. I completed the Creative Visionary Programme with Nicholas Wilton and the Art2Life Academy and this experience encouraged me to trust my intuition and bring expression and freedom into my artworks.
I co-founded the Global ARTelier21, a collective of nine women artists who met through CVP 2021, we hosted our first art exhibition in Milan in 2023. Two of my artworks were selected to feature on limited edition Birkenstocks and I’ve shown my paintings in local galleries.
I am passionate about fostering creativity in others and I love hosting abstract acrylic workshops – it’s about letting go of perfection and unleashing your inner artist.
