Yoga with Ellie

Join Ellie for a fun, strength building flow, with options for different levels of experience and energy.
6.30pm Community Yoga Flow – a 50 minute energising yoga flow with a focus on building strong foundations.
7.30pm Power Yoga Flow – an hour of yoga playtime. A strong flow suitable for energetic beginners, experienced yogis and everyone in between.
Classes are in the ground floor Beechey Room (accessed from the back of York House)
