Yuletide Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra

At this time of year as nature is calling us to draw inwards we find ourselves busier than ever. Give yourselves the gift of some time to slow down and some space to breathe this festive season.

This 2 hour class combines the nurturing and gentle practice of restorative yoga during which props are used  to support you in poses and yoga nidra a deeply relaxing guided meditation.

All equipment provided but feel free to bring a favourite snuggly blanket. No yoga experience necessary.

£30 per person. Places limited – booking essential.

Come at 5.45pm to get settled in and we start at 6pm
