I’m a qualified yoga therapist with many years’ experience including within the NHS. I have designed a course to restore health after lockdown, and the impact it has had on our mind and bodies. It is suitable for anyone, whether or not you have done yoga before and whatever your fitness. Including those who have had covid and includes those with long covid.

The price is much lower than normal to be inclusive. If you feel you need the course, but the price is a barrier, please message.

First course begins at York House Centre, Stony Stratford, November 2021, more dates available.
