Sandpiper Sewing – Absolute Beginners Machine Sewing – FULLY BOOKED

This course is deisgned for absolute beginners to machine sewing and those who have sewn a little but would like to learn more about their sewing machine and gain confidence sewing.

We will learn how to thread your machine. wind your bobbin, about machine tension, stitch to selection , different needles, threads, interfacing, fabrics, and how to sew a zip.

We will make a small zipped bag for you to take home.  All fabrics, threads and zip are provided.

We have a section at the end where you can ask questions about any queries you have that are specific to your machine or sewing projects.

All equipment is provided but we recommend you bring your own sewing machine along in if you have one.  We do have spare machines available to use if you do not wish to bring your own, please just let us know in advance.

Tea/Coffee and biscuits are provided.
