Facilities

York House Centre has a variety of facilities available to accompany room hire depending on the space selected, including AV equipment, a projector and white boards.

On-Site Parking is available at the front of the building and accommodates 15 cars with two additional 2 disabled access spaces (for cars displaying a valid blue badge).  We ask our visitors not to park on the double yellow lines or in the cross-hatched areas as these are required for constant access.

There are many free parking spaces within a few minutes walk of the centre.

All rooms include use of the shared kitchen so you can arrange catering arrangements to suit your event. The Centre does not provide a catering service.

The building has a premise licence (with certain conditions attached) which includes provision for the sale of alcohol, plus current PRS and PPL licences.

We are experienced in running our own public events, with event curtains and a staging system available which will transform our Main Hall into a performance venue for up to 100 people, including a bar/servery area.

All our spaces are freshly decorated in contemporary colours and hire includes chairs and tables and use of the shared kitchen.

For regular users, storage is available for a monthly charge. Regular groups are invoiced monthly in arrears for their hire charges.

Our outside spaces have been recently landscaped to include a lawn area, decking stage/seating area and Astroturf pitch access can be included with your hire (subject to availability).

Apart from easy, close public transport links, the lovely market town of Stony Stratford is just five minutes’ walk away, and replete with cafes, restaurants, pubs, and retail outlets.
