Prices

Prices for hiring our space and facilities are very competitive and affordable. The costs of the individual spaces are:

Main Hall	£16:50 per hour
Beechey Room	£15:50 per hour
Room 2.3	13:50 per hour

Additional charges may be incurred, see below.

Rooms may be booked individually or in packages (including access to the gardens at York House Centre). Please contact us to discuss your requirements and for prices if this is something you require.

Optional Extras

We can provide a a range of optional extras to suit your event as follows:
– Sale of Alcohol Licence £20.00
– Staging and event curtains £10:00
– Free standing whiteboard, paper and pens for the Main Hall and Beechey Room £5:00
– AV Projector and Screen (Portable in Main Hall and Room 2.3, Built in with speakers (Beechey Room) £15:00
– Refreshments and catering for meetings (prices on enquiry)

Additional Charges

Depending on the nature and timing of your event, the following may apply in addition to the cost of the hire of the space and provision of optional extras.

A refundable deposit / Behaviour Bond for ad hoc bookings (£20 daytime or £100 evening events & events with alcohol)
Let-in and let-out charge for ad hoc bookings:
– Let In £5:00
– Let Out £5:00
– Late night let-out (11pm onwards) £10.00
