Main Hall + Beechey Room Package

For larger parties and events you may wish to hire the whole ground floor of the building which gives you a maximum guest capacity of 150 people. We offer a special ‘package rate’ for the Main Hall + Beechey Room and the increased space gives you more flexibility for your party or event with the Beechey Room being useful for laying out food or having a ‘quiet room’ away from disco noise etc. The ground floor rooms are fully accessible, with hard floors and include exclusive use of the Bar/Servery area in the Main Hall and access to the shared kitchen. For a small additional charge, you can use our event backdrop curtains and staging system. Use of the rear grounds can be included with your hire (subject to availability) – discuss your outdoor requirements with the York House Staff when making your booking.
